Access Request
Thanks for using our on-line access request form. Please provide the details requested below, ensuring that your email address is entered correctly.
Step One: You will receive an email confirming that your request has been sent and is ‘pending’.
Step Two: We will confirm the details and that your PIN is valid, and ‘approve’ the request.
Step Three: This will be confirmed to you in an email.
Access Type
Please confirm the type of access:
ACCESS ONLY, NOT TAKING AWAY: Access to the caravan in the compound on specified day – not taking away. It can be returned to storage at the end of the day.
COLLECTION: Taking from storage on specified day. If you wish to load the caravan and collect the next day, just select the day you need access to load it up and add a note to explain that you want it left out to collect next day!
EARLY START: Remove from storage on the specified day you select and leave out for early access the following day.
Important Note
As per our storage contract with you, we require 24 hours’ notice and cannot accept bookings for the same day. Bookings for next day access must be made before 08:30 for weekday access, or 09:30 for weekend access. Requests submitted within this 24 hr window will be denied and cancelled.
You are required to confirm that you have read this notice and that your access request adheres to this notice period before you can submit your access request.
